Liberian artist Eddie King has resurfaced an old interview in which he opened up about the challenges he faced while operating his business during its early stages.

In the video clip, the singer expressed frustration over what he described as alleged misconduct by some of his employees, claiming that their actions negatively affected the business he was trying to build.

According to Eddie King, some staff members reportedly discouraged customers from paying official service prices and instead redirected them toward private arrangements at cheaper rates. He also alleged that certain employees engaged in dishonest behavior, including stealing and other forms of misconduct while on the job.

The artist said these experiences contributed to his disappointment and made the business environment extremely difficult to manage at the time.

Re-sharing the video on social media, Eddie King used the opportunity to send a message to investors and business people considering opportunities in Liberia.

“To investors and business people that wanna do something in our Liberia… this is 1% of the frustration… be ready to live in Liberia before you start or invest anything,” he wrote.

His comments have since generated mixed reactions online, with some users agreeing that business challenges in Liberia can be difficult, while others criticized the generalization of his message.

Eddie King further stated that he plans to go live later to share more details about his experiences, a move that has already sparked anticipation and debate across social media platforms.

As discussions continue, many fans are waiting to hear the full account of his experiences and the context behind his claims.
