MONROVIA, Liberia — The Governments of Liberia and Indonesia have signed a Visa Exemption Agreement allowing holders of valid diplomatic and service passports from both countries to travel without visas for short official visits.
The Liberia Immigration Service (LIS) announced that under the agreement, eligible passport holders can enter, exit, and remain in either country for up to 30 days without a visa.
To qualify, travelers must hold diplomatic or service passports with at least six months of remaining validity.
The agreement is expected to facilitate official travel between Liberia and Indonesia while strengthening diplomatic relations and cooperation between the two countries.
The Liberia Immigration Service has meanwhile instructed its officers to take due note of the agreement and ensure that its provisions are properly observed during immigration processing.
