A heartbreaking road accident along the RIA Highway has left two families in deep sorrow, claiming multiple lives and leaving others fighting for survival.
The victims were on their way to Buchanan to mourn the passing of an elder brother when tragedy struck. What was meant to be a journey of grief and remembrance turned into an unimaginable loss.
Among those involved were three sisters, Hannah, Ruth, and Naomi, traveling with two young children, their nieces. The crash took the lives of Ruth and both children, including Naomi’s daughter and another little girl. Hannah and Naomi remain in critical condition, battling for their lives.
Another family was also devastated by the accident. Abraham Karnga and his son, Eric Karnga, were among those who did not survive, along with the vehicle’s driver, known as Small Driver.
