The Liberia Anti-Corruption Commission has revealed that the government lost over US$6.5 million and L$17.9 million to corruption across various state institutions. With 98 active cases and 48 new investigations launched between July and October, the LACC says indictments have already been secured in several counties as efforts to recover stolen assets continue.
