Liberia’s Asset Recovery Taskforce has indicted former Chief of Protocol Finda Bundoo, her daughter, and over 40 others for alleged money laundering, economic sabotage, and theft of public funds. Investigators say Bundoo’s companies were used to hide millions in assets and luxury properties acquired between 2020 and 2023. AREPT says the move marks a major step in Liberia’s fight to reclaim stolen wealth and enforce public accountability.

Magistrate Ben Barco has reversed his earlier decision and reinstated criminal charges against Miss Liberia 1st Runner-Up, Kindness Wilson.
