Police in Kakata, Margibi County on yesterday arrested and detained a 76-year-old man for allegedly killing his Muslim brother in a local mosque. The incident occurred at the Lango Town Community Mosque in Kakata, Margibi County. Russian President, Vladimir Putin has said Russia is prepared to extradite cyber criminals to the United States on a reciprocal basis.
