STAND has raised serious concerns over the reported purchase of “yellow machines,” warning that any acquisition done outside Liberia’s procurement laws risks fraud, corruption, and legal consequences. The group says secrecy around pricing, approvals, and operations could turn a major infrastructure opportunity into what it calls a “Yellow Fraud.”
