The incident happened on Monday at 9 PM along 4th street in Bulawayo.

The Chronicle reports that the councillor for Ward 7, Shadreck Sibanda, said the misunderstanding between the two men started when the now-deceased Brighton Mandishana’s wife asked Ncube to mend her shoe and she was charged R10.
It is alleged that she failed to pay the money then Ncube proposed love prompting her to tell the husband.

This did not go well with Mandishana who then confronted Ncube leading to a misunderstanding.

The two men reportedly fought and Ncube stabbed Mandishana on his thigh before escaping from the scene.

Mandishana was taken to the hospital and he died while they were on their way. A report was made to the police leading to Ncube’s arrest.

Bulawayo police spokesperson Inspector Abednico Ncube confirmed the incident.

“I can confirm that we arrested Nkosilathi Ncube for a murder of another man in Makokoba which occured on the 9th of August,” he said.

In other news, iHarare had reported that a lovestruck man was recently busted after he dressed up as a woman for four days so that he could write his lover’s exams.

22-year-old Khadim Mboup made headlines in his country following his antics which were motivated by love. Mboup who is a student at the Gaston Berger de Saint-Louis University, in Diourbel, Senegal, decided to take his girlfriend’s Baccalaureate after realising that she would fail.

Mboup’s girlfriend, 19-year-old Gangué Dioum, was supposed to be taking her high school graduation exams but is reported to have been hopeless in English. The two young lovers hatched an elaborate scheme to ensure that Gangue would pass her exams by any means necessary.

Motivated by his love for his girlfriend, Mboup wore an elaborate female disguise and took his girlfriend’s exams in her stead. The intrepid young lover would wear a long-hair wig partially covered with a traditional scarf, earrings, a dress, bra and even makeup to pull off the disguise.
