U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has arrested Liberian national Morris Brown after authorities say he spent more than a decade in the U.S. through immigration fraud, falsely claimed U.S. citizenship, fraudulently enlisted in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard, deserted military service, and later worked as a Minnesota corrections officer.
