Monrovia – The Liberia National Police (LNP) has begun an autopsy on the remains of the late Toni Jackson, wife of Mr. Samuel Jackson, at St. Moses Funeral Home.
This development follows multiple forensic investigations carried out at the Jackson residence, where LNP experts visited three separate times to gather evidence.
Lawyers representing Mr. Jackson have formally requested a delay in the autopsy, emphasizing that their request does not oppose the procedure itself. In their communication to Inspector General Col. Gregory OW Coleman, the legal team noted that the short notice given left insufficient time to verify the qualifications of the pathologist assigned to perform the examination.
Despite the request, the autopsy is currently underway. The Liberia National Police has yet to issue a response to the communication from Mr. Jackson’s attorneys.
