MONROVIA – The Liberia National Police (LNP) has formally charged Peter Bon Jallah, a 63-year-old officer of the National Security Agency (NSA), with multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault, including statutory and gang rape, involving a 16-year-old boy. The case has been forwarded to court for prosecution.
The charges stem from a complaint filed by the victim’s mother, Madam Sattarus S. Kennedy, which led to Jallah’s arrest on January 7, 2026. The police investigation outlines a pattern of alleged abuse spanning over a year.
According to the official police report, the minor victim, identified by his initials A.H.B.A., resided in the same Air Field, Sinkor Sharks community as the defendant. The victim reported that he often performed domestic chores for Jallah, such as washing cars and sweeping, for which he was paid.
The victim’s statement to investigators detailed a series of disturbing incidents:
• Initial Assaults: He alleged that Jallah first sexually assaulted him on November 29, 2025, in the defendant’s bedroom. A second assault allegedly occurred on December 24, 2025, in a room belonging to Jallah’s daughter. Both incidents reportedly happened while the victim was at Jallah’s residence to perform chores.
• New Year’s Day Incident: The investigation centers on an event on January 1, 2026. The victim stated that after a football game, Jallah offered to buy him football boots. Upon returning to Jallah’s house, the victim was allegedly taken to a property on Camp Johnson Road, where he was subjected to a gang rape by Jallah and unidentified accomplices.
The LNP’s Women and Children Protection Section (WACPS) conducted a thorough investigation, which uncovered significant evidence contradicting the defendant’s initial claims.
• Verified Contact: Investigators established that the victim and Jallah had been in contact on “numerous occasions” at Jallah’s Air Field residence, contrary to the defendant’s assertion that he had never met the victim.
• Scene Corroboration: The victim’s detailed description of the defendant’s compound and house was verified during a police visitation to the scene.
• Additional Property: The police confirmed that Jallah also owns a property on Camp Johnson Road, the alleged location of the gang rape.
The police report concluded that the evidence established probable cause for charges. Peter Bon Jallah has been formally charged with Gang Rape and Statutory Rape. The investigation remains open to identify the other alleged accomplices.
The case file has been submitted to the court, marking the start of formal judicial proceedings against the NSA agent.
