Peach Bility, son of Nimba County District #7 Representative Musa Bility, has officially pleaded guilty to drug-related offenses in Criminal Court C.
Initially entering a plea of not guilty, Bility later reached an agreement with the Ministry of Justice, admitting to unlicensed possession and the sale of controlled substances. The charges stem from incidents that took place at the Miami Beach Coconut Plantation in Mamba Point.
Following Bility’s guilty plea, Judge Joe Barkon disbanded the jury and ordered a probation report to be submitted within five days to assist with sentencing decisions. The Ministry of Justice is also expected to drop other charges from the original indictment as part of the plea deal.

If convicted, Bility faces a prison sentence ranging from a minimum of five years to a maximum of twenty years. The court is now awaiting the probation report before proceeding with sentencing.
