NEW LIBERIAN BANK NOTES WORTH 35 BILLION TO HIT THE LIBERIAN MARKET SOON!!

The government of Liberia have decided to print new Liberian bank notes and remove the present Liberian Dollars that are currently in circulation on the market as a means of restituting our Economy and reduce the alarming US rate that is greatly harming our Country.

The total amount of money that has been estimated to be printed is 35 Billion Dollars but not all of these monies will go into Circulation as it is being perceived by some evil folks that are against the prosperity of our Country.

When money is printed it is placed into two Vaults. Reserve and Operational Vaults. The one place in the operational vault is what we refer to as money while the one place in the reserve vault is not money until it enters the operational vault.

Fifteen(15) Billion of this money when it is printed will go directly into Circulation. These are monies that will be use by people to run their Homes,their Businesses and some place in their Banks Account.

Ten(10) Billion will be placed in the reserve Vault. This will be money that the CBL will hold in reserve. It will be Money by Commercial Banks or Government in reserve. This is where it is expected that government will take money from to replace old banknotes.

In it smart move,government have sense that no matter what they do,people will still hold portion of the money in their various homes and not in the banks. As a means not to experience problems with the Economy due to this,government have apportion Five(5) Billion to be use in this process.

Five(5) Billon will be place in the Operational Vault of the CBL. This portion of the money printed will be use to support the Financial Sector.

After the printing of the new Liberian banknotes and the removal of all the old Liberian dollars from the market it is expected that new Monetary Policies and Financial Measures will be put into place. This exercise will Instill Confidence in the Monetary System. It will be transparent and closely Monitored. An international Firm will be Hired to work with the process.

The idea that the entire Thirty Five(35) Million dollars when printed will all be put into Circulation is Ignorant and Stupid and can only come from people who do not have any understanding of what an Monetary Policy is.

We need to be Wholeheartedly appreciative to president George Weah and Minister Samuel D Tweah Jr, Minister of Finance and Development Planning for finally listening to the cry of the Liberian people and agreeing to change the Money because this is what the Liberian people Wants.
