CBL Announces Fee Structure for “Pay Na-Na” Instant Mobile Money Transfers Between Orange and Lonestar Cell MTN

The Central Bank of Liberia has announced the official fees for “Pay Na-Na” instant mobile money transfers. Starting January 5, 2026, interoperable transfers between Lonestar MTN and Orange Money will follow a unified, capped fee structure.
