Monrovia, Liberia – New eyewitness accounts have surfaced that could raise significant questions regarding the timeline of events in the case involving former NSA agent Peter Bon Jallah.
According to several individuals who claim to have witnessed the incident, the alleged victim was seen walking from 13th Street toward 15th Street at approximately 11:00 p.m. on January 4. The witnesses say the individual appeared to be moving on foot along the route during that time.
Their accounts appear to contradict an earlier claim made by the alleged victim, who reportedly told authorities that he had been dropped off at 15th Street on January 3 by occupants of a black jeep as part of the circumstances surrounding the allegations against Jallah.
Eyewitnesses further claim that during their interaction with the individual, he informed them that he had been raped by four men. However, according to their statements, the alleged victim did not identify any of the alleged perpetrators at that time, nor did he mention the name of Bon Jallah.
If confirmed, the eyewitness reports could raise important questions about the timeline previously presented in the case. However, the accounts have not yet been independently verified by investigators, and authorities have not issued an official statement confirming the claims.
As the matter continues to unfold, investigators are expected to review all available information, including eyewitness testimony, as part of efforts to establish the facts surrounding the allegations.
