Saclepea City, Nimba County — The Liberia National Police in Saclepea City has taken a 26-year-old man into custody following allegations that he sexually abused two chickens in the city.

The suspect, who is believed to be a resident of the Yeeganpa community, was apprehended after the alleged incident reportedly occurred at Kpallah Junction in Saclepea City.

According to community sources, the matter came to the attention of local authorities after Mr. Prince Quie, an elder of the area, raised concerns and formally reported the incident to the police. The suspect’s identity has not been released, as investigations remain ongoing.

Police authorities confirmed that the man has been taken to the Saclepea detachment of the Liberia National Police for questioning, as officers work to establish the full circumstances surrounding the allegations.

The incident has generated shock and concern among residents of the area, with community members calling for a thorough investigation and appropriate legal action in line with the law.

The Nimba County police command has not yet indicated what charges, if any, may be formally filed, pending the outcome of the investigation.
