The former Monrovia City Mayor has come out swinging, demanding an investigation into the long-standing accusations made against him during George Weah’s administration. If the Boakai government has real evidence, Koijee is challenging them to bring charges, no more whispers, no more political games.
For years, his name has been dragged through the mud, yet no legitimate case has ever been filed. Now, he’s flipping the script, calling out Boakai’s administration for what he sees as its own failures, protecting criminals, suppressing justice, and allowing human rights abuses to fester.

Koijee isn’t just making noise; he’s pointing to specific cases, like the unsolved murder of Charloe Musu and the violent actions of the Liberia National Police. In his view, the government is more interested in shielding perpetrators than delivering justice.
He didn’t stop there. Koijee slammed the administration for prioritizing politics over human rights, describing the government as a “charade” that tolerates lawlessness. And his message to the international community? Liberia is heading in the wrong direction, and intervention is needed before injustice and corruption become the norm.
Koijee has drawn his battle lines. Now, the question is, will Boakai’s government respond with action or silence?
