The Liberia National Police (LNP) has received a substantial donation of office supplies valued at over $38,000 US Dollars from the U.S. Government, through the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL). The handover took place on Wednesday in Monrovia, Liberia.

The donated items include office desks, computers, stationeries, and paint, among other materials. During the donation ceremony, a U.S. representative, Mark, reaffirmed the U.S. government’s continued support for Liberia’s development.

Vice President Jeremiah Koung praised the U.S. government’s contributions, emphasizing their significant investment in Liberia’s security, education, and healthcare sectors.

Police Inspector General Gregory Coleman expressed gratitude, noting that the supplies came at a critical time when the LNP was in urgent need of assistance. He assured that the materials would be used effectively to support the police force’s operations.
