Emmanuel Tuloe am 19yr old Nimbanian who in recent time found the sum of Fifty Thousand United States dollars and returned it to the rightful owner in Nimba county has on today October 18, met with the president of the Republic of Liberia at his Jamaica resort residence.

The occasion brought the like of Senator Prince Y. Johnson, Dr. Gwaikolo and other permanent sons and daughters of Liberia.
President Weah immediately offered Emmanuel Tuloe a financial assistance to attend any school of his choice in Liberia from 7th grade to Master Degree Level.

The president also presented Tuloe with two brand new motorbikes with all documents and equipments, and immediately appointed him as an \”Agent of Honesty\” with a net salary of 500usd every month.
