Vice President Chief Dr. Jewel Howard-Taylor Bags Honorary Degree At The Africa Advancement Global Summit.

On yesterday August 20, 2021, The Vice President Ig Liberia Chief Dr. Jewel Howard Taylor received an Honorary Doctorate Degree from United Graduate College and Seminary International in Accra, Ghana at the Africa Advancement Forum Global Summit where she served as a keynote speaker.

Vice President Howard Taylor was among several key state holders from across Africa who were honored with doctorate degrees at the summit. Vice President Jewel Howard-Taylor, is a member on international women’s leadership organization, member of the board, patron of Africa, Girls Leader Initiative. VP Taylor, is high-tier senior-level career and public service professional with more than 20 years of extensive professional experience working in high scale public and corporate sectors.

She has continued to demonstrate high-quality and groundbreaking skills in effective leadership, with expert competencies in governance, public sector management and performance: effective political campaign strategy implementation; effective and strategic decision-making; real-time legislative lobbying and networking, as well as cross-government, bilateral and multilateral negotiations.

She is an experienced diplomat with adept capabilities in conflict resolution, peace building and negotiation of state treaties and strategic interest.
