Police inspector Col. Patrick Sudue has made it very clear that Gary Noring the alleged abuser of Irea Cooper, was on-record released to his lawyers yesterday and will have to make daily appearances at the LNP Headquarters as investigation continues.

Col. Sudue was speaking on the Super Morning Show on ELBC Radio with Varflay Kamara when he made the statement. When asked about the crime that Gary has been charged with, Col. Sudue said they haven’t established what the crime is yet because they are several steps in investigating such matters but gradually they’ll get to it as investigations is still on going.

And moreover Gary was previously accused of sexual assault which allegedly led to rape. This accusation was made by some unknown person which made the police to intervene by taking Gary in for questioning. But to establish that someone was raped, the police have to get medical reports of the victim to establish such fact. Gary was only arrested to answer few questions at the police station and as things are getting intense he will have to make daily appearances.

Col. Sudue yet still refused to call the names of the defendants as he was still stagnant on giving his view about the matter since he has watched the clip. He claims doing anything of such nature will undermine the investigation.

Varflay then further asked why the victim is still on the reality TV show instead of being called in for checkup and questioning? Col. Sudue told him and the public that they aren’t ready to call her in for investigation yet. When the time comes they’ll definitely call her.
