DMG Records on yesterday disclosed their return to full existence and productivity with the official signing of an artist, a record producer and a videographer who are expected to take the Records to higher heights.
The Destiny Music Generation Record which gave birth to Liberian superstars like; Boifatty, Mr. Parbai, and Flexzzbeatz went incognito for some months after they were left in dismay by the drawing back and abstinence of their superstars.
According to the Liberian Manager, the record had a deal with those superstars but they decided to part ways with the label due to reason best known to themselves. Probably they felt too big enough for the label and didn’t want to work with them anymore or they found a better place to upgrade themselves for self benefits.
But yesterday was a new turn for the Liberian based and popular record label as they signed one of Liberia’s vibrant rapper and singer King Oluwa formerly of AS. Music. They also signed a record producer, Yaya Beatz and an official videographer Kelvin to ease the issues of of both audio and video production for their newly signed artist.
At the signing ceremony, Ansu Sirleaf the former ceo of King Oluwa at AS. Music, willingly turned over managerial services of his artist over to DMG records. Making it clear that every “mouth deal” as it was for him and King Oluwa or any managerial services he was rendering to King Oluwa has come to an end. Yet still, he is willing to help in other ways to promote King Oluwa other than being a manager.
Receiving and validating the documents from Ansu Sirleaf, the Liberian manager of the label A. West, express gratitude to Ansu for the turning over of his major asset, and promise to work accordingly to help improve the career and lifestyle of his new artist to the fullest in efforts to achieving greater results for the benefit of the label and the artist himself.
