Martina Fanciah a senior student of the Cestos High School, was awarded a scholarship today from the president of the republic of Liberia after delivering a eloquent speech.

The President was mesmerized by eloquent speech she delivered on behalf of the youth community of River Cess during a town hall meeting in Cestos.
