THE FULL STORY – LAS VEGAS FILM CEO AND DIR. MAXWELL PART WAYS.

After days of long social media battles and hot tensions between the CEO and founder of Las Vegas Film and Maxwell Woloqueh Otto, over who\’s the real owner of Las Vegas Films, LibGeez has carefully investigated and found out that Las Vegas Film was originally founded and fully supported by Shinning Star Wolleh Flomo who is the CEO of the movie production house. Maxwell Woloqueh Otto was just an appointee after the previous director; DeeBoy was sacked for clandestine activities.

He took over and oversaw the activities of Las Vegas because the CEO; Shinning Star, is based in the States and couldn\’t handle business adequately from there. Based on this, all links, business deals, and projects passed through the office of Maxwell Otto. He had the full authority over all their Equipments and cast, negotiated and found contracts for them, and even took them to Ghana for a film titled Angers of the Gods starring Ghanian legendary actor Kofi Adjorlolo.

Things got rough after Director started handling the business as his private business thereby cheating on the cast in terms of accommodations for projects. He collected money raised or intended for the crew to his own gains and threatened the cast of losing their contracts with the company when they. This scared away majority of the good casts Las Vegas Had, leaving the movie production house to a downhill trend.

This went on for sometime till the CEO decided to help by rebranding the business, getting some of their best cast back and renovating their head office. Now, this is where the problem started, as Maxwell didn\’t want to leave the office which also served as a residence for him. But notwithstanding the CEO being a kind hearted man asked Dir. Maxwell a find a cheaper apartment or room any where around town and he (CEO Shinning Star) will pay for one year after which Maxwell will be responsible to cover all other expenses.

Maxwell did checked and found a place that cost $80 and he told the CEO at the time the renovation of the office was to begin but the CEO told Maxwell that he couldn\’t afford that amount at the moment based on the renovation process that was at hand but, he still promised and asked Maxwell to try again and find a place a lil cheaper and he will pay for one year, but Maxwell disagreed. He was looking at where he came from with Las Vegas and thought that he needed a place more reputable of his character.

Due to the CEO refusal to give Maxwell the money he demanded for, Maxwell left the company for Grand Bassa where he is now. Days later, he took to the Internet claiming Las Vegas. He claims that he brought the group together, he branded that name. So apart from the office and the equipments he owns that brand (Las Vegas). So the CEO can keep his Equipments while he keeps his cast,  and they\’ll part ways easily.

Many has describe Mr. Flomo as a person who likes everyone to have passion in what they do and take whatever opportunity given them as their own and use it rightly for their own good. And because of all of the freedom given Maxwell to handle business back home, he grew pompous and chose to bite the finger that was feeding him.

But everything was finalized yesterday, when the CEO of Las Vegas took to his official Facebook page to announce the immediate termination of whatsoever appointment or link Maxwell Woloqueh Otto had with his company. And from all Indications this decision is final!!
